A revamp with up to 1-inch CMOS sensor and two-inch rotating OLED display.
DJI Osmo Pocket 3: the best pocket camera expands its sensor to rival compact cameras.
DJI has just introduced the new Osmo Pocket 3. The third generation of its pocket camera has been renewed in design and features, targeting a professional sector where we are used to having many compact camera options and super high-end cell phones, but few products like what this Osmo Pocket represents.
We have a camera with a 1-inch CMOS sensor, 4K recording capability at 120 fps and a 2″ rotating touch screen to see everything we are recording. If you are looking for a capable and versatile camera, DJI offers a product where there are very few alternatives.
For horizontal and vertical recording
The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is a camera with three-axis optical image stabilization and 4k/120fps video recording. The camera adds a 1-inch CMOS sensor along with optimization for low-light scenes, skin tone adjustment and various color modes. DJI offers 10-bit D-Log M and HLG, with HDR.
At the design level, we have a small pocket camera along with a handheld gimbal. There is room to incorporate a two-inch OLED color touchscreen. From this screen we can focus and watch the live streams we do. Being rotatable, the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is designed for both portrait and landscape video.
It has an ActiveTrack 6.0 tracking mode that includes automatic face detection and dynamic framing. Sound-wise, it comes with three microphones with ambient noise detection and immersive sound capture.
The gimbal has its own stabilization and allows you to lock the axes for centered and stabilized videos. In addition to recording and live streaming, it also functions as a webcam for meetings.
Video options include SpinShot for 180° movement, Motionlapse, 4x digital zoom and panorama.
In terms of battery life, the Osmo Pocket 3 can be charged to 80% in 16 minutes. The full autonomy is 116 minutes of video recording in 4K/60fps or 166 minutes in 1080/24fps.
DJI offers a number of accessories for the Osmo Pocket 3, from a black fog filter to a 108° wide-angle lens that attaches magnetically.
We also have a mini tripod, a grip with integrated 950 mAh battery, a sound transmitter, a set of magnetic ND filters, an adapter to fit a hot shoe and a branded carrying bag.

The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 can already be purchased in Spain at an official price of 539 euros, which includes the pocket camera itself along with a type C cable, a protective case, a strap and a 1/4″ threaded grip.
