This digital platform, which is available on the company’s website, will allow people to have complete information and carry out multiple procedures, saving a significant amount of time in their working day.
In the virtual office of Seguros Alianza, customers will be able to consult information on their policies and review their account statements, among other procedures. Meanwhile, for insurance advisors, this tool facilitates access to commercial information on the status of the policies they have issued with the company.

We have great expectations with this virtual office, which we hope to turn into our main service channel, for which we project that at least 80% of our clients and 100% of our advisors will use it”.
To start using the platform, choose the “Virtual Office” option in the Digital Services section of the client menu or in the brokers menu of the web page. After clicking on the login button, they will be able to create their account, registering their personal information, user and password, and typing in the verification code received in the mail or by SMS.
“We want citizens to feel accompanied by us; therefore, and to facilitate adaptation to this new channel, we have prepared video tutorials that will be of great help, as we offer tips for them to carry out their procedures correctly,” Lucio emphasizes.
